At Scallywag Kids we respect your privacy and guarantee not to disclose, sell or exchange your personal information with any third party. Your personal information will remain secure with Scallywag Kids and will only be used to process your order

PRICING:

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Should your purchase not be appropriate for whatever reason, Scallywag Kids will be happy to exchange, refund or issue a credit note. All exchanges and returns must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and a copy of your receipt should be included as well.

Please note the customer is responsible for all cost's incurred to return parcels to Scallywag Kids and an additional postage charge will apply to return the exchanged parcel to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS:

If an item is faulty, we will happily replace the item, or refund the items value. To organise this please contact Scallywag kids via phone: 0429798966 or email tash@scallywagkids.com.au within 7 days of original purchase. Proof of purchase will be required along with a description of the fault.
